Do you know that yoghurt is as good for your skin as it is edible?

Been seeing Amethystory's products on Watsons's shelves and its my turn to try it now!

The mask is in this pinkish cream form, and it really smells like some sweet yoghurt!

Directions: After cleansing, gently massage an adequate amount onto the entire face. Leave the mask on for around 15 -30 minutes to allow the nutrients to be absorbed into the skin. Then rinse off thoroughly with water.

I tried it on both my face and hand, but I won't be showing photos of my face because it had been a super tiring week for me (filled with tons of school work) and I looked like crap without make up.

So here are the photos with me trying the mask on my hand:

Although the mask is pinkish and creamy in the jar, it is colorless when I spread it out on my skin (photo 3). Personally, I don't like the feeling of the mask on my face, the layer of mask on my face felt really thick and uncomfortable. I only left it on for like 20 minutes and I gave up. Opps!

However, when I washed it off with water, there was visible results I swear! It was a surprise to me as I wasn't expecting any results from this mask at all due to being irritated with the discomfort when waiting. My skin was instantly fairer (you can compare photo 1 & 4), yes my face became fairer too. Also, I can feel that my face became much more hydrated and plumped up than before, it has the bouncy bouncy feeling! :)

So in the end, despite my complains on top, my conclusion for this product is that I am willing to go through the discomfort of having a layer of yoghurt mask on my face again! 15-30 minutes of discomfort to give me instant visible results of fairer, more hydrated and plumper skin, worth it right?

The Amethystory Mineral Yogurt Mask (60g) is available at all Watsons stores at SGD18.90Its really value for money as you only need a small amount each time and this jar will last you for a long time.
