Party hard, with care!

It is near the end of the year and we'll all be enjoying ourselves, parties and whatnots..

Personally, I don't party much, but this is for you girls!

Don't wear anything that is too loose and flares up easily, you won't want people to know what panties you're wearing right? On the other hand, not something too short and tight too. I'm sure you won't want to spend your night being out of breath and being busy with pulling down your dress. Of course, take note of the dress code for the party/club too..

For footwear, it is best if you wear flats of course, or wedges if you really need that bit of height. For those who insists on wearing heels, try to bring along those foldable wedges or maybe leave a pair of slippers in your friend's car if they drive? I can't imagine dancing in heels though.. Walking in heels is also quite some challenge with you're a little tipsy and in a crowded area...

Try not to leave your drink unattended! You won't want to be drugged or be a victim of date rape.. If you really need to go to the ladies, please get a trusted friend to look after your drink. It is always better to be safe than sorry! You won't know if there are evil people lurking around..

For the good of your skin, please remove your makeup before you KO upon reaching home. You won't want clogged pores or aged skin right? I'll strongly recommend Bioderma Sensibio, it removes makeup and cleanse your skin at the same time, so there is no need for facial wash at all and it leaves no sticky feeling! However, if you find it a hassle to use a makeup remover that requires using cotton pads, there is always makeup wipes from brands like Biore and Bifesta, using these are like using a wet tissue to wipe your face, easy peasy..

Have lots of water - before, during and after - and do not take alcohol on an empty stomach. Have a proper meal before you party, if not, take finger food as you enjoy. Alcohol causes dehydration and you won't want to be "gone" too quickly during the party or to suffer from a hangover when you wake up.
